Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, leverage, price earning ratio, and dividend policy on firm value. This type of research is quantitative. The population used in this study is all property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2016-2019. This research hypothesis testing using secondary data with purposive sampling method, and companies that meet the sampling criteria are 9 companie Secondary data using data collection methods by means of documentation. The analytical methods used for this research are: Panel data regression test, classical assumption test, goodness of fit test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value, leverage has a positive and significant effect on firm value, price earning ratio has a positive and significant effect on firm value, and dividend policy has no significant effect on firm value.
