Abstract

This study is titled "Analysis of Factors That Influence Inflation Targeting Framework with Classical Model Theory Approach in Indonesia Year 2000-2019". The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of independent variables including Exchange Rate, Money Supply, and Interest Rate on the implementation of Inflation Targeting Framework in Indonesia .Data used is secondary data with a period of fifteen years, namely from 2000-2019 where the data uses annual time series data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and Bank Indonesia (BI). In this study, the tool used is to use multiple linear regression analysis with the smallest square method or Ordinary Least Square (OLS).
