Abstract

The Contract Implementation Agreement for the Construction of Public Service Building Projects in Magetan Regency contains an agreement between the Government and the contractor or construction service provider which generally discusses their rights and responsibilities which are made in authentic writing under hand. The method used by the author is juridical empirical, namely by conducting an assessment and processing of research data on agreement implementation and legal responsibility for the implementation of construction work agreements between the Magetan Regional Government and CV. Rhang ants - Rhang. The result of this research that can be concluded from this research is that the implementation of the contract agreement for the construction of a public service building project in Magetan Regency between the Magetan Regional Government and CV. Semut Rhang - Rhang has been in accordance with Article Law Number 2 of 2017 concerning Construction Services and Articles 1313 and 1320 of the Civil Code until the end of the agreement for the implementation of construction work for public service construction with actions that can be categorized as default and conditions that force building failure to be carried out by one of the parties.
