Abstract

Islamic Religious Education subjects hijaiyah material is a material that requires students to memorize the form and way of reading hijaiyyah letters. The problem arises because students have difficulty memorizing hijaiyah letters, one of the causes is that the learning process still uses lecture methods with manuals only. Therefore, it is necessary to have interactive learning media based on android smartphones to facilitate student learning. This research aims to develop android-based learning media and test the feasibility of learning media on hijaiyah letter material in elementary school. The method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The results showed from media experts obtained a 94% feasibility percentage in the "very feasible" category, the results from material experts obtained a percentage of 93% in the "very feasible" category, the results of the due diligence conducted by five students obtained a percentage of 79 in the category of "feasible" used as a learning medium.
