Abstract

The distribution of narcotics at this time can not only be done by adults, but children can also distribute narcotics. In supervising the circulation of narcotics at this time the government has issued Law No. 35 of 2009 concerning narcotics. Sentencing for children is of course different from imposing punishment for adults, because children in Law No. 35/2014 on Child Protection in Article 23 explains that the state guarantees children's welfare. It is also strengthened in Law No. 11 of 2012 Article 2 letter i explains that punishment is the last resort.
