Abstract

This Research aims to know the influence of career motivation, economic motivation, quality motivation, social motivation, and cost of education of interest in accounting students to follow the education profession accounting (PPAk). This Research is a case study. The population in this study is accounting students Faculty of Economics and Business University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta 2017. Sample sampling techniques use the convenience sampling techniques. Sample in this research are used as much as 220. The data Analysis techniques used in this research are equations of multiple linear re to see the goodness of fit the statistical value F, t statistics, and the coefficient determination.regression. Based on the analysis that the career motivation positive affect on the interests of students to follow PPAk. Economic motivation positive affect on the interests of students to follow PPAk. Quality motivation positive affect on the interests of students to follow PPAk. Social motivation has no effect on students interest to follow PPAk. Cost of education positive affect on the interest of students to follow PPAk.
