Abstract

This research aims to propose disaster mitigation efforts in Sragen Regency. To achieve this goal, this study uses QRA (Quantitative Risk Assessment) and HOR (House of Risk) phase 2 methods. Based on the results of data processing, obtained 11 risk sources (risk agents) and announced 10 mitigation strategies to overcome the 11 risk agents. In this case, the 3 mitigation strategies with the highest score are working with other parties, making tendons or water tanks in drought-affected areas, and socializing about the importance of dealing with disasters, while disease outbreaks, residents or communities littering, and the lack of water absorption areas are the top 3 risk agents.
