Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of learning discipline on the learning outcomes of high-grade students at SD Neger Pucangan 02 Kartasura. (2) The effect of learning motivation on the learning outcomes of high-grade students at SD Neger Pucangan 02 Kartasura. (3) the influence of learning discipline and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of high-grade students at SD Neger Pucangan 02 Kartasura. This research method is quantitative. The study population was 91 high-grade students at SD Neger Pucangan 02 Kartasura and a sample of 74 students was taken. The determination of the number of samples used the Slovin formula, while the sampling technique used was stratified random sampling. The data analysis technique used is linear regression analysis. The results of this study: (1) The learning discipline variable has a regression coefficient of 0.123 with a correlation coefficient of 0.512 and a tcount of 6.219, so that tcount> ttable. (2) The learning motivation variable has a regression coefficient of 0.123 with a correlation coefficient of 0.529 and a tcount of 6.540, so that tcount> ttable. (3) The regression model has a determination coefficient of 33.6. The variables of learning discipline and learning motivation have multiple regression coefficients of 0.511. Based on the results of the F test, it is obtained that the Fcount value is 11.807, so that Fhitng> Ftable so that H0 ¬ is rejected and Ha is accepted means that learning discipline and learning motivation together (silmultan) have an effect on learning outcomes, ¬the higher the value of learning discipline and learning motivation, the more also high learning outcomes.
