Abstract

Agreement or can be called an agreement is an event where someone promises to someone else, or where two people promise each other to do something. Pursuant to Article 1618 of the Civil Code, what is meant by civil partnership is agreement between two or more people, who bind themselves to enter something into a partnership (Inbreng or contribution) with the intention of sharing the benefits (benefits) that occur because of it. The method used in this research is qualitative normative. The agreement between the Surakarta Work Training Center and Manimonki Studio is an agreement that is not specifically regulated in the Civil Code, however the making must be in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. This study aims to determine the legal construction that covers the subject and object of the agreement between the BLK Surakarta and Manimonki Studio as well as legal protection covering the rights and obligations of the agreement between the BLK Surakarta and Manimonki Studio.
