Abstract

The agreement causes the two parties to mutually bind themselves with a mutual agreement. One of them is the People's Business Credit (KUR) agreement. KUR aims to improve and expand Bank services to productive MSMEs, increase the competitiveness of MSMEs, encourage economic growth and employment, and alleviate poverty. In implementing an agreement, the precautionary principle is often used in the implementation of credit agreements in banking. The precautionary principle given by banks in their activities to channel credit to their customers is a rule that must be implemented by banks. Minimizing the risk in credit, so the principle of prudence is necessary so that debtors cannot pay credit.
