Abstract
The research objectives were to (1) describe the learning culture of students in the learning process before the Work From Home policy. (2) Describe the learning culture of students in the learning process after the Work From Home policy. (3) Describe the barriers to student learning culture in the learning process online in the Work From Home policy. The method used in this research is qualitative research with ethnographic design. Data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that there are two kinds of learning culture, namely the learning culture before and after the Work From Home policy which includes a continuous learning process and students' independent learning habits. The learning process that takes place there are differences in the learning process, which was originally carried out face-to-face in class, now after the Work From Home policy the learning process is carried out online or online. Students' independent learning habits include the habit of asking questions, reading material before learning is carried out, studying and repeating material, doing assignments, and recording material. Barriers to the online learning process include unstable internet connection, increased use of quotas, unsupportive devices for conducting online lectures, and delivery of difficult to understand material, and student learning independence.
