Abstract

This research has the purpose, namely, to identify, test and analyze the influence and level of cultural awareness of Occupational Safety and Health for Industrial Engineering Students of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta, as well as provide proposed improvements, evaluation materials in the Industrial Engineering Study program in order to improve and improve the quality related to the masification of K3 culture so that it can be implemented universally. The method used in this study is with a variance-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis approach or commonly called Partial Least Square (PLSSEM). The results showed that environmental, organizational, and work factors for consciousness had a significant effect, and for individual factors to consciousness were insignificant. Thus obtained improvement strategy by improving environmental preferences, organization and work so that the implementation of K3 Culture can be maximized.
