Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Regional Original Revenue (PAD), General Allocation Fund (DAU), Special Allocation Fund (DAK), Revenue Sharing Fund (DBH), on the Human Development Index (IPM) in districts / cities in Central Java Province. This research is a quantitative study, namely research using secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of Central Java Province. The data used is in the form of District / City APBD Realization Reports in Central Java Province in 2016-2018. The secondary data population is sourced from the 2016-2018 APBD Realization Report using purposive sampling technique according to the specified criteria. So the number of research samples is 185, outlier data is 20, so that the data that can be processed is 85.The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression, while the classical assumption test consists of normality test, multicolonierity test, autocorrelation test, and heteroscedasticity test used to assess the validity of the regression equation besides that there is a t test, f test, at a significant level 5 % and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that local revenue (PAD) affects the Human Development Index. Meanwhile, the Special Allocation Fund (DAK), the General Allocation Fund (DAU), and the Revenue Sharing Fund (DBH), have no effect on the Human Development Index (IPM).
