Abstract

Concrete is the most important thing in a construction. Almost every aspect of development cannot be separated from concrete. In this study, the objective of this research is to try to find new innovations to overcome the cost of concrete construction work by using fly ash as some part of cement by using variations in age and cement mixture using the packing density method for mixed aggregate density and ACI for concrete mixtures. The review in this study is the flexural strength of concrete using a test beam object with a length of 60 cm, 15 cm high and 15 cm wide at the age of 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, 14 days and 28 days. Using Gresik brand cement. Sand comes from Masaran, Sragen and crushed stone from Masaran, Sragen and FAS 0.50. From the research results obtained the highest concrete flexural strength at the age of 1 day of 1,609 MPa, 3 days of 2,375 MPa, 7 days of 2,250 MPa of ACI + BC3 + TL concrete, 14 days of 2,452 MPa of ACI + BC2 + TL concrete, and 28 days of 2,963 MPa on ACI + BC2 + TL concrete.
