Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability variables, capital structure, dividend policy, company size, and investment decisions on firm value. This type of research is quantitative research that uses secondary data, namely the annual report obtained from www.idx.co.id and the website of the Food and Beverage sub-sector Manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018. This study uses data analysis methods, namely multiple linear regression test and using a hypothesis test that is an individual parameter test statistic (t test), simultaneous parameter test (F test), and the coefficient of determination R2 test. The results of this study indicate that profitability, capital structure, and investment decisions affect the value of the company while dividend policy, and company size do not affect the value of the company. F test results show that the independent variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable.
