Abstract

This Study aims to analyse the influence Of Exchange Member leaders (LMX) against Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) mediated by Organizational Commitment. The population in this research is all employees at Jetis Bantul Health Center. This research includes cross-sectional maintenance. The method of collecting data used is through a personal questionnaire.The results derived from this research have several findings, lmx has significant effect on the OCB, the LMXSignificant effect onOC, OCsignificant impact on OCB, OCsignificantmediation of LMX influence on OCB, with OCvariables including Partial Mediation, means that the independent variable LMX is capable of indirectly affecting the dependent variable OCB variables by involving mediator variables OC
