Abstract

More than half of the waste produced in Surakarta is household waste. For this reason, this study aims to identify supply chain risks in household waste management in Surakarta City from waste sources to final disposal sites (TPA) and provide mitigation strategies in an effort to minimize and prevent risks in the supply chain for household waste management in Surakarta. . The approach used to discuss the results of data collection and processing in this study uses the HIRARC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control) method to carry out hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control. In the risk assessment using standard assessment assistance from the Australian Standard / New Zealand Standard for Risk Management (AS / NZS 3260: 2004) which is a standard that comes from Australia.
