Abstract

The research purpose are to describe the effect of using study time and student burnout on learning achievement. This is a quantitative research and a sencus design. There are 71 student of class X AKL SMK Negeri 1 Bayudono Academic Year 2019/2020 as population and sample. The data collection used a questionnaire and document technique. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis, t-test, F test, R2 test, relative contribution and effective contribution. The results of the regression analysis obtained Y = 51.668 + 0.597 (X1) - 0.397 (X2). The results of the study at a significant level of 5% indicate that: (1) There is a significant positive effect on the use of study time on learning achievement. (2) There is a significant negative effect on the level of student saturation in the class on student achievement. (3) There is a significant influence on the use of study time and the level of student saturation in class on student achievement. This is evidenced by the total value of F count> Ftable (9.922> 3.13) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The effective contribution of the learning time utilization variable was 14.2% and the relative contribution was 63%. Meanwhile, the effective contribution of the student's saturation level variable in the class was 8.40% and the relative contribution was 37%. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.226 or equivalent to 22.6%, the remaining 77.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
