Abstract

The study purposes to understand the influence of local revenue, general allocation funds, profit sharing funds, and capital expenditure to economic growth. The population in this study were 35 regencies/cities in Central Java for periods of 2015-2017. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the document of Badan Pusat Statistik of Central Java Province, the budget realization report and GDRP at constant prices. The analytical method used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that local revenue and profit sharing funds significant influenced on economic growth, while general allocation fund and capital expenditure have no significant on economic growth.
