Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of management accounting systems, management control systems and decentralization on managerial performance. This research is a type of survey research on middle-level managers at the People's Credit Bank in Karanganyar Regency and Surakarta City. The population used in this study were managers at the People's Credit Bank in Karanganyar Regency and Surakarta City. The sample in this study were middle-level managers of rural banks in the Karanganyar and Surakarta areas who were able to operate computers and were willing to fill out a complete questionnaire. The data collection method used in this research is to use a questionnaire method which is a data collection technique by giving a set of written questions to the respondent. The results of this study indicate that the management accounting system affects managerial performance, the management control system affects managerial performance, centralized affects managerial performance.
