Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine 1) the effect of self-concept on learning achievement, 2) the influence between emotional intelligence and learning achievement, 3) the influence between religiosity and learning achievement, and 4) the influence of self-concept, emotional intelligence and religiosity together with achievement study in Accounting students of SMK Batik 2 Surakarta in 2020/2021. This research uses associative quantitative method. The population in this study were all students of class XI and XII of SMK Batik 2 Surakarta in 2020/2021, of 49 people. The sampling technique used total sampling. The required data is obtained through a questionnaire or questionnaire. The questionnaire had previously been tried out and tested for validity and tested for reliability. The data analysis technique used is the prerequisite analysis using the normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, while the hypothesis test uses multiple linear regression, F test, t test, R2 test, and relative and effective contributions. The research result show the regression equation Y = 64.838+ 0,078X1+ 0,101X¬2 + 0,233X¬3 meaning a constant value of 64.838 with positive parameters emans that accounting students’ learning achievement is influenced by the variables of self-concept, emotinal intelligence and religiosity. Conclusion: 1) influence on self-concept with learning achievement, the obtained tcount 2.084> 2.013 t table and p value 0.043; 2) influence on emotional intelligence with learning achievement, it is obtained tcount 2.515> ttable 2.013 with p value 0.016; 3) influence on religiosity with learning achievement, the tcount is 4.065> ttable 2.013 and p value is 0.000; 4) self-concept, emotional intelligence and religiosity have a simultaneous effect on learning achievement obtained F count 16.570> F table 2.807 with p value 0.000. The coefficient of determination test results obtained R2 value of 0.525 which indicates that the variables of self-concept, emotional intelligence and religiosity have an effect on student achievement of 52.5%, while the remaining 47.5% is influenced by other variables not studied, such as learning environment, learning and student learning creativity.
