Abstract

Consumer financing agreements generally use standard clauses. The use of this Standard clause, consumers are considered to understand the contents of the agreement so that it can harm consumers. he financing agreement between Creditor and Debtor at PT Andalan Finance Tbk Surakarta Branch applies several principles or principles in the agreement. In the consumer financing agreement, it can be seen that the agreement has been made unilaterally by the creditor so that the debtor is only given the opportunity to understand and approve the consumer financing agreement. The method used in this thesis is normative juridical research and the type of research is descriptive because the author in this case will describe the use of the principles or principles in the consumer financing agreement at PT Andalan Finance Tbk Surakarta Branch whether it is in accordance with the applicable laws.
