Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between commitment and organizational culture with employee performance. The hypotheses proposed in this study include: 1. There is a relationship between commitment and organizational culture with employee performance, 2. There is a positive relationship between organizational commitment and employee performance, 3. There is a positive relationship between organizational culture and employee performance. The method used is quantitative correlation with a research sample of 80 people. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used is the non-parametric correlation technique. Based on the research results, there is a relationship between commitment and organizational culture and employee performance. Based on the categorization results, the level of organizational commitment, organizational culture and employee performance is high.
