Abstract
Background: Low back pain is the most common musculoskeletal problem in the adult population and is considered to be a major health problem worldwide. Low back pain that is felt by a person results in physical problems in the form of pain that comes from various structures, one of which is the muscles, which causes muscle spasms caused by tension in the lower back muscles. One of the interventions that can be given is in the form of manual therapy using the posteroanterior lumbar spine mobilization technique. This posteroanterior mobilization can reduce stiffness in the spinal muscles, increase movement in the spine, reduce pain and delay pain in the spine. Research Aims: To determine the effect of posteroanterior lumbar spine mobilization on pain reduction in non-specific chronic low back pain cases. Research Methods: This type of research is quasi experimental, with a one group pre and post test design approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique, many samples were taken 15 people. Research Results: Paired t-test results of pre-post posteroanterior lumbar spine mobilization with a p-value of 0.000 <sig (0.05). Conclusion: Provision of posteroanterior lumbar spine mobilization has an effect on reducing pain in patients with non-specific chronic low back pain.
