Abstract

Customer loyalty is a form of loyalty from a customer in using or utilizing a product or service continuously. This literature review was conducted with the aim of assessing patient loyalty in terms of image factors dan service quality. The method used is to search for journals through google scholar with the research keywords loyalty, image dan service quality. Then the journals were selected using exclusion dan inclusion criteria so that 9 journals were selected. The results show that five journals state that the image variable has can affect patient loyalty dan six journals stated that the variable quality of service can affect patient loyalty in utilizing a health service. So it can be concluded that image dan service quality are related to patient loyalty.
