Abstract
Occupational Health and Safety Management is a must-have company. In addition, the role of the Government in the field of manpower to create a fair legal situation between employees and leaders is also important, because if the relationship between employees and employers is socially and economically different, it is entirely up to the parties, then the goal of creating fairness in labor relations becomes difficult because the strong always want to dominate the weak. then the government must participate by making laws and regulations to guarantee the certainty of the rights and obligations of the parties. In Islamic law, regulations regarding occupational safety and health are essential (dharury) to achieve mutual benefit in accordance with the Maqasid Syari'ah. The approach method used in this research is a juridical empirical approach. This type of research is descriptive. Types of data used are primary data and secondary data consisting of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. Methods of data collection using field study methods by conducting interviews and observations. The data analysis method used in this research is deductive analysis method. Respondents in this study were several workers at UD. Duta Mebel. This research is reviewed based on Islamic law and several rules in positive law in effect in Indonesia relating to the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Insurance program. The results of this research indicate that the occupational safety and health management at UD. Duta Mebel has performed well in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, although there are several conflicting matters. For example, there are still a few workers who are negligent in wearing personal protective equipment or violating other policies that have been mutually agreed upon. From another point of view, employers have not evenly registered their workers to the BPJS. In general, the management, planning, monitoring and evaluation of K3 within the company are in accordance with Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012.
