Abstract

The Youth Information and Counseling Center Program (PIK-R) is one of the efforts made by the government to overcome problems that occur in adolescents. The factors that influence the use of PIK-R consist of several factors, including knowledge and attitudes that have an important influence and role in the sustainability of the PIK-R program. The purpose of this research is to explain the relationship between knowledge and attitudes towards the use of PIK-R. The search strategy uses the google scholar database, ResearchGate, Garuda and Sinta with keywords knowledge and attitudes towards the use of PIK-R. The inclusion criteria with the dependent variable are the use of PIK-R and the independent variables are knowledge and attitudes. The research method used is cross sectional with articles published in the last 5 years (2015-2020) and in Indonesian and English. Results: Four of the five literatures indicate that knowledge has a relationship with the use of PIK-R. Respondents with high knowledge tend to take advantage of PIK-R. The results of research from some literature show that there is a relationship between attitudes and the use of PIK-R, that more positive attitudes use PIK-R than low negative attitudes in utilizing PIK-R. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes towards the use of PIK-R. Suggestion: Collaboration, seminars, and improve facilities and create comfortable and safe spaces for teenagers to use PIK-R.
