Abstract

Online passport application service system is a directorate Immigration responses in facing technological developments. As a part of government who obligated to serve society for creating equally peace in public service also in leading their function to guide and being supervisor on International traffic influx of citizens from the country. The purpose of this study is to examine enforcement of the online system for solving community problem and for making some analysis in conformity between practice and authority regulations that take the study location in Immigration office of Surakarta. This research uses the undoctrinal approach method with explanative research type which will explain level of effectiveness of the online passport service system following some indicator being basic in this view that took from several regulation and expert opinion. The result shows that the online passport system has reduced several community problems while keeping basic norms and principles in implementation of public services then will maintain each people from any discrimination.
