Abstract

Buying and selling is a legal act between the seller on the one hand and the buyer on the other hand regarding an item. In Islam, buying and selling transactions are known as As-Salam or also called as-salaf, which are purchases of goods that are submitted at a later date, whereas payments are made in advance. Along with information technology that is also supported by increasingly sophisticated computer technology, communication technology is now a supporting tool for the dissemination of information to almost the entire world. Business activities with internet technology are referred to as e-commerce and currently in the Indonesian sense it is known as the "Online Trading". Online trading (e-commerce) is a new invention in the form of trade which is valued more than trade in general, which allows sellers and buyers to make transactions through the internet media without having to face to face directly, so that it can be said electronic commerce or e- commerce is a driving force new economy in the field of technology especially in Indonesia.
