Abstract

Abstract This research is motivated by the many generations of Muslims who have not yet mastered mufradat in the Al-Qur'an, now to read and master mufradat requires a long time for the common people, to overcome students who have not mastered it by using appropriate learning methods. There have been many methods used, one of which is the Tamyiz method. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to implement the use of songs with the tamyiz method to improve the ability to memorize mufradat in the Al-Qur'an and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors of implementing the use of songs with the tamyiz method to improve the ability to memorize mufradat in the Al-Qur'an . The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of the Tamyiz method and to describe the supporting factors and supporting factors of the implementation of the Tamyiz method. This type of research is field research. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, documentation, and data analysis. The data analysis is descriptive qualitative in nature, which consists of three streams of data reduction activities, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. From the research and data analysis, it can be concluded that the implementation of the use of songs with the Tamyiz method has 3 components, namely initial activities; The ustaz gave motivation then continued by repeating the previous material with songs, the main activity; Ustadz conveyed the material along with the examples delivered with songs then practiced the material to Qs Al-Baqarah: 1-5, the final activity; The ustaz evaluates the students by checking one by one to find out how far the students understand the material presented then closes the lesson with the words hamdalah and greetings. The supporting factor is how Ustadz can create fun and easy learning for the students. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is that the Santri do not know the meaning of the letters they memorize and the Santri do not understand the meaning of recitation.
