Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of palm oil production, international prices and exchange rates on exports of palm oil in Indonesia in 2000-2018. The analytical model used in this study is this study Partial Adjustment Model (PAM) regression with a period of 19 years. The results showed that simultaneous variables of palm oil production, international prices of palm oil and the exchange rate together affect the esport of Indonesian Pakm Oil. Partially, palm oil production variable has a positive and not significant effect on palm oil exports. While the international price of palm oil and the exchange rate have a positive and significant effect on palm oil exports.
