Abstract

From the acquired phenomenon, the level of turnover intention to the employees is still quite high. The high level of turnover intention may indicate that the company is ineffective. The purposes of this research are 1) to determine the correlation of job satisfaction and organizational commitment with turnover intention, 2) to know the correlation of job satisfaction with turnover intention, and 3) to know the correlation of organizational commitments with intention turnover, 4) effective donations, and 5) to know the categorization of each variable. The population in this research is the employees of PT Agrofarm Nusa Raya Ponorogo amounting to 50 people. The research method uses a quantitative approach, with the method of Likert model data collection, the data collection tools using the work satisfaction scale (19 items; α = 0.742), the Organizational commitment scale (22 items; α = 0, 787), and the turnover scale intention (18 items; α = 0.752. The validity test for the third scale uses MS. Excel with the formula Aiken = Ʃ S/[N (C-1)], the scale criteria used if the calculated result of the scale is ≥ 0.6 then it is said to be a high validity. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. Based on the results of unknown Analysis data: 1) there is a significant relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment with intention turnover, 2) There is a significant negative relationship between job satisfactions with turnover intention, 3) there is a significant negative relationship between the organizational commitments with turnover intention, 4) The average level of work satisfaction is medium, and then the average rate of organizational commitment is medium, and the average turnover intention is very low, 5) Effective contributions to the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment with turnover intention based on a coefficient of R2 = 17,4% with detailed donation variable work satisfaction of 7,6% and organizational commitment variables 9,8 %, while 82,6% are influenced by other variables.
