Abstract

Ngawi Regency has many tourist destinations, both natural and artificial tourism, for example the Trinel Museum, Tawun Poll, Pondok DAM, Jamus Tea Plantation, Soerjo Monument, Bridal Waterfall, and Pendem Fort. Some of these tours are in poor condition, for example the lack of cleaning tools, lack of cleaning services, and also a lot of old or peeled wall paint, access to tourist attractions is inadequate. This causes less interest in tourist objects in Ngawi Regency itself. The purpose of this study was to analyze the potential potential in Ngawi Regency tourism object itself, such as internal potential and external potential in a tourist attraction. In this research, the method I will use is a survey method. The data needed are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis in this study is a SWOT analysis of tourist objects in Ngawi district. From the research results of the Trinel Museum, Tawun Poll, Pondok DAM, Jamus Tea Plantation, Soerjo Monument, and Pendem Fort are included in the clarification of the current tourist attraction, while the bridal waterfall is included in this low clarification due to the lack of facilities and facilities and infrastructure for water tourism objects. And also maximize the quality of these tourist objects and also routine maintenance of government and related agencies for the maintenance of tourist objects. The SWOT analysis will show what things will become obstacles in the development of the tourist attraction that you want to examine.
