Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between perceptions of compensation and perceived organizational support with organizational commitment in the Office of Community Empowerment and Village District Karanganyar. The subjects in this study were employees of the Community Empowerment Office and the Village District Karanganyar, amounting to 38 people. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling. Data collection tools used in this study are the scale of perception of compensation, perception of organizational support, and organizational commitment. Data analysis was performed by multiple regression analysis using the SPSS for windows program. Based on data analysis between the variables of perception of compensation, perception of organizational support, and organizational commitment, the Fcount value of 8093 and sig was obtained. (p) equal to 0.001 (p <0.01), which indicates that there is a very significant positive relationship between perceptions of compensation and organizational support with organizational commitment to employees. This means, the higher the level of perception of compensation and organizational support, the higher the level of organizational commitment.
