Abstract

All pumps produce flow. The principle is called displacement, where liquid or fluid is taken and moved to another place. Displacement is the volume of liquid that is moved per cycle (rotation) of the pump. The pump converts mechanical energy into hydraulic power Hydraulic oil transfers the power obtained from the pump to the system. Hydraulic tank to hold hydraulic oil from the system and coolant that returns after operation. Filter to filter out impurities contained in hydraulic oil. Pumps for making moving or moving hydraulic oil used for work. Relief valve is used as a first measure to protect the pressure according to its limit. Hydraulic control valve to adjust the amount of flow and direction of flow of hydraulic oil. And the actuator as a place to store energy if at any time is needed. 2 This repair aims to: determine the damage that occurs in the hydraulic pump, find out the cause of damage to the hydraulic pump and know the repair steps on the hydraulic pump From the results of the komatsu 350-3 hydraulic pump repair obtained Damage components of the hydraulic pump occur at: center bearing plate where the center bearing plate is broken because on the hydraulic pump using kw center bearing, damage to the seal center bearing is broken due to back pressure from the control valve due to a system error, then the o-ring damage that occurs in the o-ring is not elastic and worn where the size of the component is reduced, it is known when measuring the component, namely the measurement of the outer diameter and inner diameter of the o-ring, which is experiencing wear is the inner diameter from the size of 32mm to 34mm which results in hydraulic oil seepage
