Abstract

This study aims to describe: 1) The forms of deviant behavior of students at MI Sudirman Pojok, 2) The efforts of teachers in dealing with deviant behavior of students at MI Sudirman Pojok, 3) The constraints of teachers in dealing with deviant behavior of students at MI Sudirman Pojok 4) Solutions given by the writer to the teacher. This type of research is a qualitative research with a case study research design. The informants in this study were the head teacher of problematic students (classes 1, 2, 4), students and parents of students. Data collection techniques used were interviews, and documentation. The data that has been obtained is tested for validity using source triangulation and technique triangulation. Data were analyzed using an interactive model that is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate: 1) forms of deviant behavior of students such as: Exit class without permission during lessons, fight with friends, like to disturb friends, easy to emotions and temperament, and like to seek the attention of others. 2) The role of the teacher in dealing with students' deviant behavior in Mi Sudirman Corner, namely: Guiding students towards better, advising students when making mistakes, paying special attention to students who often commit violations 3) Obstacles faced by teachers in dealing with deviant behavior of students in Mi Sudirman Pojok, namely: Difficult children to be advised, easy for children to make the same mistakes, active role of parents of students who are still lacking 4) Solution given by the writer to the teacher: Give a punishment that makes students deterrent to deviant behavior, give extra attention and try to be closer or friendly with students who behave strayly, establish more intense communication with student guardians.
