Abstract

The objectives of the study are: 1) to determine the effect of the lesson planning course on the 8 teaching skills of the FKIP UMS; 2) to know the effect of microteaching courses on the 8 teaching skills of PGSD FKIP UMS students; 3) to determine the effect of learning planning and microteaching courses on the 8 teaching skills of PGSD FKIP UMS students. This type of research is quantitative research. This research method used is correlational. The subjects of this study were FKIP UMS students who focused on PGSD study program students who had already taken learning planning and microteaching courses. Data collection techniques with a checklist questionnaire. Before the data is analyzed, the prerequisite test for data analysis is carried out, namely the normality test and linearity test. Furthermore, hypothesis testing is carried out using simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, T test, F test, relative contribution (SR), and effective contribution (SE). The results showed that the value of t count> t table = 10.213> 1.989 in the t test of the learning planning course, 2.086> 1.989 in the t test of microteaching, then the results of the value of F Count> F TABLE = 2,318> 2.08 in the F test. It can be concluded that 1) there is a significant influence between the lesson planning course with the 8 teaching skills of FKIP UMS; 2) there is a significant influence between microteaching and the 8 teaching skills of FKIP UMS; 3) there are an effect of learning planning and microteaching courses on the 8 teaching skills of FKIP UMS.
