Abstract
The objective of activity was to improve the teachers’s ability in communicate effectively in learning and classroom management. This activity was devised to be attended by representatives of Muhammadiyah Subsidiary Leaders (Indonesian: Pimpinan Cabang Muhammadiyah or PCM) in education field, particularly those with educator profession from Elementary School/Islamic Elementary School to Senior/Vocational High Schools in PCM BAKI. This activity was divided into 4 sessions: firstly, pre test, secondly material explanation and then sharing/discussion and the last is post test. The targeted output of activity was the improvement of human resource quality among educators in PCM BAKI, particularly concerning the use of effective communication and classroom management.
