Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Kencana Text. The population in this study were employees of the garment department at PT. Kencana Text. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling by taking 100 respondents. Data collection methods used were through field studies in the form of a personal questionnaire. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results obtained from this study have several findings, firstly that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance and secondly that the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance.
