Abstract

karyawan sangatlah penting mengingat karyawan berperan utama dalam mengembangkan organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) hubungan antara konsep diri dengan resiliensi diri karyawan KPG Solo: 2) sumbangan efektif konsep diri dengan resiliensi diri karyawan KPG Solo; 3) tingkat konsep diri pada karyawan KPG Solo; 4) tingkat resiliensi diri karyawan KPG Solo. Hipotesis yang diajukan yaitu ada hubungan positif antara konsep diri dengan resiliensi diri pada karyawan KPG Solo. Worker’s resilience is important because worker is main point in organizational development. The purpose of this study to find out the relationship between self concept and resilience of worker. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a relationship between self concept and resilience of worker. The population in this study is KPG’s worker, man or woman, one years experiences be KPG’s worker. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The method used is quantitative with a measuring instrument in the form Self Concept Scale and Resilience Scale. Data analysis was performed by correlating product moments from Pearson by using the SPSS for Windows version 23 assistive program. Based on the results of data analysis, the correlation coefficient value was 0.840 with sig. = 0,000 (p <0.05) means that there is a positive and very significant relationship between self concept and resilience. Contribution of effectiveness (SE) self concept has an effect on resilience of 70,5%, and there are still 29,5% of other variables that affect self concept in addition to resilience. The intensity variable of self concept has a relatively low empirical average (RE), and the resilience variable has an empirical average (RE) which is relatively low.
