Abstract

Annual system rental is a common thing to do in Kolong Village, Ngasem District, Bojonegoro Regency. The subject of this research is how the practice of leasing the annual paddy field system in Kolong Village, Ngasem District, Bojonegoro Regency occurs and how to discuss Islamic law on the annual system of rice field leasing contract conducted in Kolong Village, Ngasem District, Bojonegoro Regency. The purpose of this study is to explain the view of Islamic law on the practice of lease agreements carried out in Kolong Village and also to describe the practice of leasing system contracts in the Kolong Village. The research method of the type of method used is qualitative. The data source used is the primary data source which is the source of the data obtained from the interviewees renting the party and renting it directly and the secondary data source is the data source obtained from journals, books, theses, papers which are supporting data from primary data. The data collection method uses the method of observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis techniques using the deductive method of analysis. The results of research based on research that has been done in the village of Kolong is not legal in Islamic law. Keywords: Contract, Lease, Islamic Law
