Abstract

The aim these study to analyze the effect of work safety, work health and work environment for employee work productivity of the production department of PT Bintang Inti Karya Kabupaten Magetan. The population and sample used in this study were employees of the production department of PT Bintang Inti Karya Kabupaten Magetan a number of 84 respondents. Hypothesis tested in this study using multiple linear regressions. The result showed that work safety has an effect on employee work productivity. Work health affects the employee work productivity. Work environment influences on employee work productivity. Work safety, work health and work environment have a simultaneous effect on employee work productivity. Work safety, work health and work environment able to explain the variability of employee work productivity variable.
