Abstract

This study aims to examine the variables of the physical work environment, non physical work environment, occupational health and work safety on employee performance. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to Surakarta City Fire Department employees. The method in this study is a quantitative method, where the data used are primary data. The sample used was 75 respondents with random sampling techniques. The analytical tool used in this study is to test the instrument data (validity and reliability test), the classical assumption test (normality, multicollinity and heterokedasticity tests), and multiple linear regression tests (t test, F test and R2 test). The results showed the physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the non physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, occupational health had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and occupational health had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
