Abstract
Klaras is part of a banana plant that contains protein, hemicellulose, and lignin, whereas straw contains cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin which can be used as a growing media for white oyster mushrooms. This study aims to determine the productivity of White oyster mushrooms on both Klaras and Straw media which are used by adding cherry water at different concentrations. This study used an experimental method with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 2 factors and 2 replications. Factor 1: the composition of the mixture of claras and straw growing media: 1000 g: 0 g (M1), 750 g: 250 g (M2), 500 g: 500 g (M3), 250 g: 750 g (M4), 0 g: 1000 g (M5). Factor 2 Concentrations of Lery Water: 10% (L1) of leri, leri 15% (L2), leri (L3) concentration. The parameters measured were mushroom fresh weight, number of mushroom fruit bodies, mushroom hood diameter. The results showed that the klaras and straw growing media with the addition of cherry water at different concentrations affected the productivity of white oyster mushrooms. The highest fresh oyster mushroom weight research results were the treatment of M4L3 (250 g claras + 750 g straw + 20% leri water) that is 250 g and the highest number of white oyster mushroom fruit bodies in M3L3 treatment (500 g clams + 500 straw g) that is 23.5 pieces, and the highest diameter of white oyster mushroom hood in the treatment of M5L3 (klaras 0 g + 1000 g straw (without Leri Water)) is 8.06 cm.
