Abstract

This study aims to find out: (1) the effect of individual characteristics on employee performance at PT. Mitra Mahkota Buana Ungaran, (2) the effect of workload on employee performance at PT. Mitra Mahkota Buana Ungaran, (3) the influence of the work environment on employee performance at PT. Mitra Mahkota Buana Ungaran. In this study using quantitative methods. The population of this study were all employees, amounting to 55 people. The technique used in sampling is Saturated Sampling. Data collected by questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression and proof of hypothesis using the t test, f test and the coefficient of determination (R2). Research results T test on individual characteristic variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. On the workload variable has a positive but not significant effect and the work environment variable has a positive and significant effect on The employee's performance and the results of the F Test that variables X1, X2 and X3 simultaneously influence the employee's performance.
