Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Equity (ROE), and Earning per Share (EPS) on Share Prices listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index in 2009-2018. This research is a type of causality research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is companies registered in the Jakarta Islamic Index in 2009-2018, amounting to 30 companies. The sampling technique uses secondary data with a purposive sampling method. The criteria used are companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index in 2009-2018 with a sample of 6 companies. The results of this study have proven that Net profit margin (NPM), Return on equity (ROE) have a negative and not significant effect on stock prices while Earning per share (EPS) has a significant positive effect on stock prices. The results of this study reinforce the basic theories of financial management..
