Abstract

Every company always strives to increase employee productivity. Increased productivity is expected to encourage companies to be even better. This study aimed to find out: Compensation and partial and simultaneous work training on work productivity at the Central Bureau of Statistics Office. This type of research is a causal study using quantitative research. The population of this study were all employees of the Central Bureau of Statistics Office who tested 57 people. Data collected by online questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results showed that: (1) compensation had a significant influence on employee performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics Office, (2) motivation to improve employee performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics Office, and (3) Work environment and work training were significant on the performance of employees at the Central Agency Office Statistics. Contribution of salary increases and job training to employee productivity.
