Abstract

Indonesia as a country that forms the islands that have many entrances for tourists both by land, air, and water,. In addition, Indonesia has a long coastline, and is included in the world trade area which has created transnational potential. The Immigration Instrument regulated in Act Number 11 of 2016 concerning Immigration who is a Foreign Citizen living in Indonesia remains to be approved and is required by an immigration permit that is still active,. Then, in order to select foreigners who want to enter and travel to other countries, a Visa is required. The visa used as a technical term in the field of Immigration is intended to be a hat or mark received on a passport, which has been approved and has been issued and issued by a state official. Passport and visa checks determined are part of the immigration process at the arrival of a Foreigner in a Country.
