Abstract

This research is to find out the Quality of Service Significantly Influences Buyers' Interest in Online Shop Consumers. To find out whether Confidence has a Significant Effect on Interest in Buy Online Store consumers To find out whether Ad Creativity has a Significant Effect on Interest in Buy Online Store consumers. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were students at the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. While the sample used in this study was 100 respondents from Muhammadiyah University Students Surakarta. The sampling technique is non probability sampling with purposive sampling. The analysis used in this study is a test instrument, a classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that Service Quality has a Significant partially influence on Unproven Purchase Interest, Significance in favor of Proven Buying Interest, Ad Creativity is partially Significant Influence on Proven Buying Interest.
