Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover on profitability on PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. Hypothesis testing in this research uses secondary data with a purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that partially cash turnover has a negative and significant effect on profitability, accounts receivable turnover has a positive and significant effect on profitability, and inventory turnover has a positive and significant effect on profitability. While the cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover variables significantly influence the profitability of Return On Asset of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk.
